True to its roots, The Strongman Group remains a family business. Its two principals, Marc and Gerry Strongman, bring a substantial depth of experience to every facet of the real estate investment business. The breadth of this expertise extends to successful investment strategies and partnerships, effective real estate development and management and to maintaining important business and political relationships.

Gerry Strongman currently serves as Chairman of the Board of The Strongman Group. He is a member of the World President’s Organization of British Columbia and has served as CEO of Tonecraft Corporation, Executive Vice President and Principal of Color Your World, Inc. and as Chairman of the Board of B.C. Rail Ltd.

Gerry has also served in any number of professional and political capacities. Some of these include the M.L.A. of Vancouver South, B.C Financial Chairman, World Business Council Chairman (B.C. Chapter), Director of Whistler Land Corporation, Director B.C. Pavilion Expo ’86, and Director of the Progressive Conservative Canada Fund.

He remains a committed philanthropist and has created and sponsored numerous funds and charities both in Vancouver and in Jamaica where he maintains a residence.

Marc Strongman, is currently CEO and President of The Strongman Group. Marc is a former Vice President of Tonecraft Corporation and served as President of West Can Building Corporation. Marc learned the business both as Property Manager for VanEd Holdings Ltd. and prior to that served as a Real Estate Analyst for Tonecraft Corporation in Toronto and Vancouver.

Marc is an active fundraiser for several political and community enterprises, including Lions Gate Hospital, The BC Liberal Party and Shawnigan Lake School.

He is also active in politics and has managed several successful political campaigns, is involved with various companies and charities at the board level and is currently Chairman of the North Shore Spirit Trail Committee.
